Sandeep is Senior HR professional with multi-dimensional background in Human Resources , Consulting & Information Technology domain across Singapore , India and the United States of America .He has Unique experience of working in multi-nationals , government organization , & Start-ups

He has previously worked with IBM, Apar Infotech , KIOCL ,Readiminds .He is currently Managing Director of Flexione Pte Limited - a Singapore based onsite technical services firm supporting Information Technology and R&D firms .

Sandeep has a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare from Utkal University with a First Class First rank ( Gold Medalist ) . He has also persued HR and Management courses in continuing studies arm of Stanford University and University of California , Berkeley.

He has co-authored CCH Publications " HR Strategies in Asia " . During his spare time he pursues his other interest " Music " and has featured in Singapore Arts Festival as a Singer.
